The home of a cash buyer is not leveraged, which makes it easier for a homeowner to sell the property-even at a loss-irrespective of market conditions. Selling a home bought with cash may also be a concern if the owners spread a lot financially to buy it. When cash buyers decide it is time to sell, they need to make sure they have enough cash reserves to deposit on the new house. In short, cash buyers need to be sure to leave a lot of liquidity to themselves. You will allow yourself more financial freedom by opting to go for a mortgage. When deciding whether cash or mortgage makes the most sense, the best advice is to go for the option that will give you the bigger bang for your buck. Also, ask yourself which return on your investment would be greater.
